行政書士の主業務の一つ、国際業務。当初は行政書士になればすぐ実務ができるものだと思い込んでいましたが、研修と効果測定をクリアし、ピンクカードを取得して初めて申請取次ができるようになります。申請取次とはお客様に代わって役所に書類を提出する事ができるという事です。これをもってお客様ご自身が出入国在留管理局に直接出向いていかなくても我々行政書士によって手続きをすることができるという制度です。

どういう理由で日本に在留したいのか色々とお客様の都合もあるかもしれませんが、日本国又ご依頼者様双方に有益となる業務を心がけていきたいと思います。

International business is one of the main duties of an administrative scrivener. At first, I assumed that once I became a Gyoseishoshi Lawyer, I would be able to do business affairs right away. In reality, however, you can only become an application agent after completing training and effectiveness tests and obtaining a pink card. This means that we can submit documents to government offices on behalf of our clients. With this system, we, Gyoseishoshi Lawyers（Like an agent for the application.）, can take care of the procedure for you without you having to go to the Immigration and Residence Management Bureau in person.

Although there may be various reasons why a client wants to stay in Japan, we will try to provide services that will be beneficial to both Japan and the client.

We will announce the details of our fees on this website at a later date, but we hope that you will find our fees to be not so different from the market price.
